Calm or Call is an information provider, not a healthcare provider.
- The content, including text, graphics, and AI-generated triage suggestions, is for informational and educational purposes only.
- This application does not provide medical diagnoses, treatments, or clinical opinions.
- Always seek the advice of a board-certified physician or qualified health provider for any medical concerns.
- Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information found within this app.
3. Use of AI and Clinical Guidelines
Our triage tool utilizes artificial intelligence to process clinical guidelines from sources like the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and ACEP (American College of Emergency Physicians).
- While we strive for accuracy, AI models may produce errors or hallucinations. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided.
- The “Digital Emergency Card” feature is a storage tool for user-provided data and does not constitute a medical record.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by United States law, Calm or Call, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the application.
- Any decisions made or actions taken by you in reliance on the information provided by the tool.
- Personal injury or wrongful death resulting from the use or misuse of the application.
You agree that you use this tool entirely at your own risk.
5. Privacy and Data (US Compliance)
We value your privacy.
- We do not store personally identifiable health information (PHI) in a manner that creates a provider-patient relationship.
- Users are responsible for the security of their own devices when displaying the Digital Emergency Card to first responders.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which the developer is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
